[EU] TGV-M testing in Velim begins; a second set is on the way [updated]

A recent press statement by Alstom states that TGV-M dynamic testing has fully commenced at the Velim test track in Czechia. We previously saw the prototype (Unit 996) being transported to the site in early December, however, tests have now come up to full speed. Furthermore, a second unit is on the way.
