[EE] Škoda begins manufacturing Elron’s new EMU fleet

Škoda has officially confirmed that it will manufacture ten extra EMUs for its Estonian client, Elron. While Railcolor News reported on this development in September 2022, there is news on the fleet production and a few other details regarding the RegioPanter-based, dual-system trains.
