[EU] Locomotives of InnoTrans: Alstom TRAXX 3 MS for CFL Cargo

It has been eight years since the Railcolor team could personally inspect a TRAXX locomotive at the Berlin Messe. During the 2016 and 2018 editions of InnoTrans, Bombardier preferred to present its platform to selected media only at its Henigsdorf factory area. InnoTrans 2020 got canceled. But now TRAXX is back, under the direction of Alstom.
