[ES] Narrow and Iberian gauge: Adif to acquire more locomotives from Stadler

As Railcolor News informed earlier this year, Adif is looking to further expand its rescue locomotive fleet with machines for Iberian broad gauge and narrow gauge. The tender was announced in mid-March and now there is news regarding its awarding.
