Perfect timing! While the UK is experiencing a heatwave, a “cool” Class 88 locomotive has been released:
Last year, we saw a special livery on a DRS Class 68 locomotive; Now, locomotive 88010 has its turn with a new livery promoting the transport of refrigerated goods by rail. Its half-blue, half-frozen, and sports the slogan “Refrigerated Rail… COOL Move”.
Joshua Free has captured the locomotive in tandem with another Class 88 locomotive on an intermodal train passing Lancashire:
