[CZ] Second series TRAXX 3 MS for ČD Cargo

Alstom has outshopped the first locomotive of a new batch of TRAXXs for ČD Cargo. The Czech freight operator has another ten machines on order, and 388 011-9 is the first one to be delivered. Earlier this week there was news about the authorizations of this type of electric.
