[ES] Adif selects Stadler and Mer Mec for its new measurement trains

Last summer, we reported about the launch of a tender for procuring three new measurement trains by Adif, the Spanish infrastructure manager. Now, when 2019 ends, there is a winner; The Stadler Valencia-Mer Mec consortium.
