Spanish railway infrastructure administrator – Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Adif) – has launched a tender for the supply of a brand new high speed measurement train.
Adif has EUR 39,4 million available – the train can be new – or an existing one. ‘Prototypes’ will not be accepted in the competition.
