Today, the Czech manufacturer of diesel locomotives CZ Loko published an image of ’92 10 2102 104-0 FIN-FERFI’. The blue diesel locomotive is the first of two extra locomotives that will be delivered to Finnish open access operator Fenniarail. The order was announced late 2016.
Fenniarail already operates three similar locomotives, that have the Finnish type designation Dr8. These were delivered late 2015. We are looking at CZ Loko EffiShunter 1600 machines adjusted to Finnish weather conditions and with wide gauge bogies (1.524 mm).

Update 29.07.2017: Locomotive no. 104 was transported to Finland by rail. This means the machine had to change track gauge along the way. The machine left the Czech Republic on 1435 mm bogies, which were then adjusted to 1520 mm gauge (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia) and finally became 1524 mm gauge for Finland. On 28.07.2017, the 104 was then officially handed over to Fenniarail:
