On 27.06.2017, the first Pendolino ‘Evo’ for open access operator ntv left the Alstom factory perimeters at Savigliano (IT). Ferrovie.it reports that a first test run has already been completed on 28.06.2017 between Milan and Bologna. ntv wants to present its new, second generation of high speed trains on 03.10.2017 during the Expo Ferroviaria 2017 in Milan.
