Under project name E6ACT ‘Dragon’ the company built a new six-axle freight locomotive with 5 MW power rating and a top speed of 120 kph, designed for heavy freight trains with weight up to 3200 tons, typical for transportation of aggregate, coal, sand, and steel.
This page explains the history of ZNLE/Newag’s Dragon/Dragon 2 electrics and lists all locomotives built.
