[passenger] Bulgaria’s messy search for new electric trains: now Škoda selected [updated]

There is a lot of chaos in Bulgaria. Stadler Polska, who won two large contracts earlier this year, pulled out of the contract with the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport. Now, a new player is on the field for the push-pull trains that have become EMUs.
