Alstom Traxx3 MS or Traxx Universal. A multi-system locomotive developed by Bombardier has been trying unsuccessfully for years to break into the European market for interoperable locomotives. Alstom believes it will succeed in establishing the locomotive on the market and is progressing on the project.
