[locomotive] Siemens signed a framework with Green Mobility Partners at Innotrans

Locomotive manufacturer Siemens Mobility and Austrian company Green Mobility Partner have signed a framework contract for up to 50 Siemens Vectron locomotives at Innotrans. The company has placed a binding order for the first of these.
