Initial update
A coincidence? On 24.07.2024, during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Railcare Group, the plan to acquire 40 percent of the shares (Railcolor News reported in June) in the locomotive rental company AC Finance was officially adopted. In connection with the acquisition, Railcare Group entered into a lease agreement to rent nine locomotives from AC for five years.
