[passenger] Grand Est signs with Nova 14 concession company: the first non-SNCF contract

At the beginning of July 2024, the Grand Est region, keen to revive the Nancy – Contrexéville line, signed a contract with the concession company Nova 14. This is the first non-SNCF operating contract for Grand Est, and the first non-SNCF infrastructure contract in France:
