Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG) has launched the “Neigetechnik Allgäu” tender. This project was already presented by Railcolor News in 2023. The highlights:
- New emission-free and barrier-free tilting technology vehicles with electricity from overhead lines, hydrogen cells and batteries
- Careful replacement of the vehicle fleet
- Current timetable concept to be maintained
