[passenger] Two operators for one service – extension of the Airport Express to Nuremberg

The Supervisory Board of Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG) has approved the extension of the Airport Express to Nuremberg. This clears the way for two-hourly direct trains between Nuremberg Central Station and Munich Airport, which will be operated by the railway companies Agilis and DB Regio. Two railway companies jointly operating a line is a first in Bavarian regional transport.
