[passenger] Talgo hands over first Avril high speed trains to Renfe

In February 2024, Spanish transport minister Óscar Puente announced that the commercial service of the new Talgo Avril would commence on 31.03.2024 if all tests were successful. That day has passed, and nothing has happened. But now, there is important news.
