[passenger] DB Regio secures operation of S-bahn Cologne until 2032

DB Regio AG has been selected to operate the lines of the S-Bahn Cologne system until 2032, with an option until 2034. This has been confirmed by the go.Rheinland and Verkehrsverbund Rhei-Ruhr (VRR), the association of transport purchasers.
