[locomotive] Nordic Re-Finance wants Swiss Re620s in Sweden, awaits permission ERA

More Swiss quality should head to Sweden. Nordic Re-Finance is interested in buying 17 Re620 locomotives from SBB Cargo. However, they have to get permission from ERA first.
