07.07.2024, Poznań, Poland: Railfreight carrier Bahnoperator has taken delivery of another Siemens Vectron multisystem locomotive. ELL 193 510 It is the ninth Vectron in Bahnoperator’s fleet.
ELL has recently opened a company in Poland, based in Poznań, thereby expanding its operations to another European market. 193 510 is brand new and capable of operating trains in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, the Netherlands and Romania. With a maximum speed of 200km/h and a power output of 6400kW, the performance is excellent.
The vehicle also stands out because of its livery created by Railcolor Design (no. 198!). This is the second Bahnoperator locomotive after 5370 054/6193 060 in April 2023. The new locomotive is named after Mr. Marcel Stein – President of the Bahnoperator holding company and TE Germany.
