[passenger] Plzensky Kraj: Arriva acquires RegioPanter trains from ČD

When a new operator is selected for a passenger operation contract, new trains are often introduced. This trend has been broken for the first time in the Czech Republic. Arriva trains took over nine RegioPanter units from České dráhy (ČD).
