On 15.12.2023, JSC Pasažieru Vilciens in Latvia started commercial services with the new Škoda 16Ev EMUs under the brand name ‘Vivi’. On the first day, three trainsets carried passengers from Riga to Tukums, Aizkraukle and Skulte. The Jelgava line started one day later.
