[CZ] Fourth order: More RegioFox DMUs for České dráhy

In 2021, České dráhy signed a framework agreement with Pesa for up to 160 DMUs of the type ‘Regio 140’. While testing with the first Class 847 diesel trains a.k.a. ‘RegioFox’ is underway,  ČD is extending its order:
