[RS] ELP: Stadler EuroDual authorized for Serbia 

In May 2023, ELP Stadler EuroDual 2159 246 embarked on a mission to the Balkans. ELP’s Goal: Spend the summer testing to obtain Authorization in several Balkan countries. The first country authorization is in the pocket.
