[US] California high-speed rail authority moves closer to buying first trainsets

On 24.08.2023, the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Board of Directors approved releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the industry for 220 mph very high-speed trainsets. This is the first part of a two-step procurement process.
