[PL] Let’s try again! PKP Intercity relaunches tender for push-pull trains

On 13.07.2021, PKP Intercity launched a comprehensive rolling stock tender to acquire push-pull double-deck trains – coaches and locomotives. The procedure was annulled due to the high price in the submitted offer exceeding the planned budget. Now PKP Intercity is trying again:
