[PL] Orlen KolTrans to be absorbed by Lotos Kolej

On 03.07.2023, Orlen announced the completion of a transaction whereby Lotos Kolej took over the assets of Orlen KolTrans. It is part of the ORLEN Group taking over Grupa LOTOS, a process completed in 2022.
