[NL] TCS acquires and restyles ex-NS 700 shunting locomotive

TCS has acquired a Vossloh G400B locomotive, no. 709 from the Dutch railways. On 28.06.2023, it was released from Amsterdam-Watergraafsmeer in TCS’s blue-white triangle design.
