[passenger] Narrow gauge and hydrogen: Stadler FCEMUs for Sardinia and Calabria [updated]

Sardinia (ARST) and Calabria (FdC) are following Lombardia by ordering hydrogen-powered passenger trains (FCEMU). But there is a big difference; the two latest orders concern narrow-gauge trains.
