[CZ] CZ Loko begins delivery of the EffiShunter 1000M for ČD

Last year, České dráhy (ČD) awarded CZ Loko with the deep modernization of Class 742/3 diesel locomotives. The first vehicle was recently handed over to the Czech state-owned operator, now resembling an EffiShunter 1000M.
