[CH] SBB Cargo Am 843 diesels: sale and lease back deal with Nordic Re-finance [updated]

SBB Cargo is selling a total of 44 Class 843 diesel locomotives to Nordic Re-finance, and leasing them back for at least 5 years. While nothing changes in practice, the deal gives SBB Cargo new funds for its upcoming fleet renewal. This is the plan:
