[FR / DE] DB Cargo France: ETCS BL3 for TRAXX multisystem locomotives [edited]

As reported in our latest edition of News in Brief: Tenders, DB Cargo France has awarded Alstom Germany directly with the development, production and installation of ETCS Level 2 Baseline 3 for TRAXX MS2e electrics.
