It is the second time an ELL locomotive gets a “Green Mobility Alliance” design. Two things are different, though: the operator logo and the accent colour.
In May 2022, 193 757 was released with a similar design, combining ELL’s green with a blueish tone. This time we see 193 943, in green and white, portrayed by Jelani Ender in the Netherlands, with a tanker train from Emmerich to Rotterdam:

Visible on each side is a WLC logo, while the white element resembles a cog wheel. Curious fact: the loco got SMCT stickers, although it does not have SMCT installed.
