[US] Stadler will deliver more (and longer) hydrogen FLIRTs to California

Stadler signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Californian transport authorities at InnoTrans 2022. As a result, four 4-car hydrogen FLIRT units will be delivered to the US operator.
