[EU] Medway expanding to Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands

Medway, an MSC company, has become familiar in Portugal, Spain, and Italy. We expect their yellow locomotives to arrive in the West of Europe soon. Medway has submitted a request to ERA for an operating license in Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Plus, it is opening a new control centre in Antwerp.
