[PL] Dragons go multi-system: The first MS Dragon 2 for PKP Cargo [updated]

Say hello to ET43-001. After the delivery of the DC-only version of this locomotive, which ended earlier this year,  it is now the time for an interesting new step in the Polish locomotive industry: the first multi-system, series-produced electric in this century.
