[FR / Expert] A first time: Moscow-Paris train arrives in Paris with MRCE traction

On 19.09.2018 lease company MRCE signed an agreement with the French railways (Voyages SNCF) and the Russian railways (RZD) for the supply of three locomotives type TRAXX AC1, for use on the Paris-Moscow Night Express. With these electric locomotives, it is no longer necessary to change locomotive in Strassbourg. Last week, the moment was there, MRCE 185 556 was the first one to reach Paris-Est station with the iconic long distance night train.
