[PL / Expert] PKP Cargo, Pesa and IPS Tabor develop a GoA3 autonomous locomotive

Pesa has released more details about its project, with PKP Cargo and IPS Tabor from Poznań, to develop a dual mode (electric+diesel) autonomous (level GoA3) Gama locomotive. The three parties signed an agreement during InnoTrans 2018:
