Over the past year, the first-built Dragon locomotive has been ‘under construction’ again. Polish manufacturer Newag took the machine in after it was decided to subject the locomotive to a ‘standardization process’. The goal was to replace/adjust as many parts possible so the 001 became similar to the later built series locomotives (E6ACT 002-009).
