Renfe Alquiler, the department of the Spanish state railways responsible for the rental and sale of Renfe Group rolling stock announced last July that it will have six newly manufactured Stadler Euro 6000 electrics (class S/256) available in 2026. It is looking for long-term lessees but has not succeeded doing so. New is that extra S/333.3 diesel locomotives will be for rent:
