Regiojet is not just Vectron and Traxx. The operator from the Czech Republic had its first trains hauled by Skoda locomotives, which it managed to re-import from Italy. And the 3kV DC locomotives still have a long way to go. With much patience and effort, RegioJet has found suppliers that will technically convert the locomotives so that they can continue to be used in the Czech Republic for the foreseeable future:
