[CZ] RSL: A new year, a new batch of Vectrons for ČD [updated]

In November 2022, Rolling Stock Lease (RSL) confirmed delivering another 12 Vectron MS locomotives to ČD in 2023. The news followed shortly after the completion of the existing orders. In March 2023, white 193 566 was the first to be released from Munich. An overview:
