[EU] Out from the Railcolor Design shop: Metrans Vectron “Carbon Neutral Transport”

Out and soon to be seen on rails: Metrans has accepted two more locomotives from the latest batch of ten. One of them, 383 413, received a special livery made by Railcolor Design.

Metrans is operating a unified fleet of electric mainline locomotives. There are two TRAXX MS2e locomotives with an exceptional design: the Railpool-leased 186 534 “The Silk Road of Tomorrow” and 386 020 “150 years of Hamburg Hafenbahn”. So far, the Vectrons all got the standard silver livery with Metrans logos – until now:

Locomotive 383 413 is one of the, so far, four accepted locomotives from the newest batch of ten. They differ by their country package (A17) compared to 383 401-410 (A01). Croatia and Slovenia were added to the roster, as many Metrans services go to the port of Koper these days.

The design of 383 413 focuses on Carbon Neutral Transport that Metrans promotes intensively. Bright green and turquoise symbolize the globe, rails connect all parts of the world, more sustainable transport worldwide. The livery was created by Railcolor Design.
