[US] Stadler KISS for Caltrain California – an update

New images and videos are being posted on Caltrain’s website – so you can watch the progress of the electrification of the San Francisco – San Jose line and the construction of the new Stadler KISS trains.

The first double deck EMUs will be available for testing next year. Caltrain has sixteen trains on order that are to enter revenue earning service in 2020. The electrification works performed by Balfour Beatty started in July 2017.
