[EU] I’m blue… – This is the first Hupac Vectron

The first reports came in last night; a Vectron transport in Nürnberg and later on in Aschaffenburg. The Lok > SBBCI 193 467 leading the pack including brand new Hector Rail 243.106, Siemens 193 819, and two Hupac locomotives; the designated 193 490 and 491. We have some first shots taken this morning with thanks to Mathias Oestreich.

The Swiss intermodal transport company Hupac ordered eight Vectron MS locomotives from Siemens in June 2017. The multisystem locomotives will serve on the Rhine – Alpine Corridor (DACHINL). Deliveries will begin in the early summer of 2018.
