[EU] Captrain to double its Vectron fleet; two new machines delivered

On 27.04.2017, two new Vectron locomotives left the Siemens plant in Munich; the designated 193 781 and 782 were delivered to Captrain-company ITL, that already operates six such machines.

Rail Business brings the new that Captrain/ITL will again get six new machines, so its Vectron fleet will double. An overview of what is and what is to come:

  • in service: Captrain 193 891-896 DE/AT/HU/PL/CZ/SK/RO
  • delivered April 2017: Captrain 193 781-782 DE/AT/HU/PL/CZ/SK/RO
  • september 2017: 1x DE/AT/HU/PL/CZ/SK/RO
  • 2018: 3x DE/AT/HU/PL/CZ/SK/RO + NL

All Captrain/ITL Vectron were delivered to the operator in a neutral white livery. We expect that the 781 and 782 will get lime colored cabine stickers and Captrain logos during the next days.
